C & D Construction Inc. was incorporated in 1992, by Curtis Deen as a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and specialty Marine Contractor. C&D is also a Design/Build Contractor capable of providing all construction and Engineering Services.
Our projects range from 20 million-dollar design-build ferry terminals to million-dollar homes.
Curtis Deen is a descendant of the Florida Tribe of Eastern Creek Indians and qualifies as a State-Certified Minority Business Enterprise.
In addition to Curtis, Gregg Galzerano has 31 years with the company and Debbie Hottle has 26. We have completed over 530 projects to date, exceeding $300 million in contracted work with no defaults and hundreds of satisfied customers. Our rating with FDOT is 100%. Our working relationship allows for extreme efficiency and our size produces very low overhead which is passed along to the owner.

Our main office is centrally located at 395 S Range Road Cocoa, Florida, 1.5 miles east of Interstate 95. Our complex includes a 25,000-square-foot warehouse with a metal break, iron worker, and two table saws for finished carpentry. The building sits on 8 acres of land utilized to store materials and equipment.
We have an Excellent Safety Record. We are a Drug-Free Work Place. We are well versed with the FAR. We have an EEO program. We follow all FDEP and SWPPP regulations.
Our company is capable of bonding projects up to $15 million single project and $25 million aggregate.
